[ADDENDUM] After a long and bitter battle with Apple, the process of updating works has finally been corrected in iTunes Connect and the version 2.3 is finally available for download. However the version number is still not implemented (except on the pages of the book).
The English version will follow soon.
If the update doesn't appear in Apple Books, delete it from your device and reload it from AppStore, you will not have to pay it again. The version number displayed on the store is wrong. We can no longer modify it. The number is at the bottom of all pages of the manual.

Unable to download version 2.3. The only downloadable version is 2.2 of April 2021.
Actually, I have been fighting with Apple for weeks to resolve this problem.. Send me your proof of purchase and I will send you a download link on my own server. Thank you for your interest.

I tried (from France) to make the proposed update by clicking on the “update” link that was displayed. The next window displayed: “Item not available

Learn more”
I deleted the book from my collection and the only one that would download was V2.2 (version number at the foot of each page).
What to do? as Lenin said in 1905.

I n’ unable to load version 2.3 ….. after deletion , c’ is the version 2.2 who’ poster ( version number indicated at the bottom of the page ) ; j’ tried to 2 reprises : removing library , then reload…
maybe I'm too impatient….
