  1. Hello, I have a subscription and have received a receipt for the annual subscription for 2024, but since I have lost my previous mobile, I don't have the app installed in my new mobile. How do I install the app on my new mobile??

    1. Just search “iSailor” in Apple Store and download it (with the same Apple account as originally. Warning : iSailor has not had an update since 5 years ago !

    User of Isailor for many years around the world, For two weeks I have noticed it is impossible to update or purchase cards on my account. The little red star indicating the availability of map updates has disappeared and the link to download the map catalog no longer works..
    Can you tell me more ?
    PS Wartsila support does not answer me (except the usual automatic response)

  3. On my tablet the position is always North Up how to proceed for the boat icon so that I can follow the navigation of the boat not in relation to the north but the front of the boat

    Thanks for the help to novice sailors.
    I have an iPad air and I want to use it to sail with iSailor. My question concerns the AIS connection.
    From a VHF Navicom RT650 with AIS receiver how is AIS information transmitted to the cartography on iSailor?.
