It is now effective, with the latest update powered on September 27 th, Navionics Boating app becomes Garmin Boating. The Navionics® brand is now only about charting, but for how long ? Navionics Boating : Garmin updates charts and pricing… on the rise !

As you might expect, Garmin cleaned up the offer and pricing of Navionics Boating charts at the beginning of the year 2024.

No more large areas (like the Mediterranean) to 35 € ! Several zones are redefined and subscription prices are aligned uniformly with 50 € for most, with two exceptions. Read more …

  • Export of routings in GPX format from the route board.
  • Showing the scale on the map.
  • Full WES racing support (weekend elite series).
  • Increment of 1° in order editing (instead of 0.1°).
  • Taking into account future restriction zones.

Available for iOS/iPadOS / Android / Windows. Coming soon for macOS.

Warning : It is imperative to update the application. Older versions will stop working January 1st 2024.

Weather4D Routing Update & Navigation

Update 2.0.87 of the application Weather4D Routage & Navigation :

  • Correction of OSM map display
  • Adding maps ENC Germany (BSH) and ENC Netherlands (NLHO)
  • Minor fixes

The new ENC derived cards are available for subscription at Geogarage. The ENC Germany dossier includes general maps of the entire Baltic Sea, but without the details outside the German coast.

Boaters and water sports enthusiasts now have two applications helping them to better understand and protect the increasingly fragile marine environment.. Nav&Co is an initiative 100% public composed of SHOM, of the OFB (French Office for Biodiversity), of the State Secretariat for the Sea and DGAMPA, with co-financing from the European Union. DONIA (*) is a private initiative of the company Andromeda Oceanology which received the support of the Rhône-Mediterranean-Corsica Water Agency. If DONIA is dedicated mainly to the western Mediterranean basin, Nav&Co currently covers all metropolitan France, Corsica and Guadeloupe. Read more …
